Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. High summer temperatures may delay shipping to avoid prolonged exposure to heat for some products.  Please allow for additional processing time during major sales or holiday seasons.


Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S. over $75. Once picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times will vary depending on the delivery destination. A shipping confirmation containing a tracking number will automatically be sent via email as soon as a label is created for your order. Once the order is in the carrier's custody, tracking information is beyond our control unfortunately, and final delivery is out of our hands. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.


Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt during shipping in hot temperatures. We cannot be held liable for products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time. We strongly advise that you have your order delivered to a temperature-controlled location, where someone can receive your package.

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 3 business days if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damage via email at We will replace or refund products that are damaged during the shipment process only. In the event the package is damaged during shipping, you will receive a full refund on the purchase price of the damaged product(s), minus shipping and handling charges.
