GENERAL CANDLE CARE

Burn times will vary depending on many factors. For instance, candles in drafty areas will burn slightly faster. Wick care will also factor into the longevity of your candle. You can extend the burn time for your candle by keeping the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch between burns. Burning the candle long enough to allow the melted wax pool to reach the edges of the container is also key. On average, burning for 45 minutes to an hour per inch of container width will create a fully melted wax pool. If you do not allow the wax to fully pool to the edges of the container, your candle may tunnel down and drown the wick out.
